Wind gusts of this magnitude will make driving high profile vehicles difficult, and cause loose outdoor objects to be blown around. Secure loose outdoor objects to prevent property damage.

Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.
* WHEN…From 10 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
