UPDATE: Megaleio Godwill Achumekara Atowo has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Megaleio Godwill Achumekara Atowo, a missing 8-year-old from Silver Spring.
Atowo was last seen on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at approximately 4:30 p.m., in the area of Gateshead Manor Way and Parkford Manor Terrace in Silver Spring. He is 4-feet, 8-inches tall, 90lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with a blue collar and a cartoon monster on the chest pocket, a blue zip-up hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, dark gray socks and black Nike sneakers
