Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Maurice Whiting, a missing 73-year-old from Silver Spring.
Whiting was last seen on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at approximately 2:00 p.m., near the 8000 block of Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring. He is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 160 lbs., with gray hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black pants and black Nike shoes.
