Kings Dominion and Soak City have announced they will reopen on Monday, June 23, at 11am, following a temporary closure caused by a nearby water main break that disrupted the local water supply.
The popular amusement park and water park closed over the weekend, on Saturday, June 21, and Sunday, June 22, while crews worked to resolve the issue.
In a statement to the public, park officials expressed regret for the inconvenience and emphasized their commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. The closure was necessary to address water supply challenges and restore full operations. Visitors who purchased tickets for the affected dates are encouraged to contact the park’s customer service for help with rescheduling or refunds.
