Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a vehicle fire near 700 S. Frederick Avenue at Westland Drive in Gaithersburg on Wednesday morning.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, units from PE708 and AT708 arrived on scene, and northbound Route 355 was closed with some lanes blocked as crews worked to extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported.
