Montgomery County Fire and Rescue (MCFRS) responded around 3:06 p.m. on Saturday to a single-vehicle rollover crash on I-495 between Georgia Avenue and Colesville Road in Silver Spring.
According to MCFRS Spokesperson David Pazos, bystanders pulled two adult male occupants from the vehicle and began CPR. One was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was transported with non-life-threatening injuries.
