The horse has been reunited with its owners and is unharmed, per an update on various Lost Pets groups.
The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) 5th District officers responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a horse in the 25000 block of Burnt Hill Road in Clarksburg on Friday afternoon and report that the horse ran off and may be injured. We are currently working to confirm an address for the crash.
MCPD issued the following incident alert at 12:16pm: “5D officers are on scene of a collision between and vehicle and a horse. The horse ran off and may be injured. If you see or come into contact with the horse, please call the non-emergency line: 301-279-8000. #MCPNews #MCPD”
