The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) is investigating a fatal pedestrian collision that occurred early Friday morning on the 3300 block of Bladensburg Road, killing 20-year-old Chester Brandon of Gaithersburg. Police say the driver remained at the scene and was not injured.
According to PGPD, “On October 31, 2025, at approximately 12:40 am, officers responded to the 3300 block of Bladensburg Road for a collision involving a pedestrian. Officers located the victim in the roadway suffering from trauma. He died at the scene. The preliminary investigation revealed the involved driver struck the pedestrian while traveling southbound on Bladensburg Road. The driver remained on the scene and was not injured.
