Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded around 3:45 p.m. on Friday to the 100 block of Englefield Drive in Gaithersburg for a reported deck fire at a two-story single-family home.
According to MCFRS spokesperson David Pazos, firefighters found the deck burning with extension into the house, but all occupants were accounted for and uninjured, and no displacement was required. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
