Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Heliana Delcid, a missing 16-year-old.
Delcid was last seen on the morning of Wednesday, April 22, 2026, in the 12000 block of Sesame Seed Court in Germantown. She is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 140 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and a black North Face backpack.
