The Missing Piece: The Brain, Body, and Beyond

An opportunity for busy moms to pause, reset, and reconnect—while learning simple, realistic ways to support your own well-being.

Being a mom means you’re always “on” – managing schedules, solving problems, and supporting everyone else while your own needs somehow end up last. But your well-being matters, too. Your nervous system, energy, and health aren’t extras—they’re foundational to how you show up each day.

Co-sponsored by The Whole Child Collective and NeuroSpice Girls, this interactive event begins with a grounding mindfulness session, followed by a wellness panel focused on practical, body-based strategies for regulation, mood, mindset, mind-body connection, and overall wellness.

Guests will then rotate through breakout experiences including simple chi gong exercises and ear seeding with Beth Li, an expressive mind-body release activity with Nicole Weston, and a “Perspective Pivot” session with Kristen Eccelston.
