The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring has been named the Best Aerial Adventure Park in the United States in USA Today’s 2026 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
The Montgomery County attraction earned the top spot following a four-week public voting period, marking its first first-place finish after ranking second nationally in both 2024 and 2025.
Located on the grounds of Sandy Spring Friends School, the park features 16 aerial courses, more than 200 climbing elements, eight difficulty levels and over 4,000 feet of zip lines across five wooded acres. Opened in 2010, the family-owned attraction is considered the largest aerial ropes course and zipline park in the country and serves as a fundraiser for the school. According to the park, its three-year run of top-two finishes is unmatched in the award category’s history.
