Montgomery County Police are investigating an incident in the 11700 block of Rockville Pike where an adult man was seriously injured after reportedly punching a window.
According to police, the man suffered injuries to his arm and hands. No other injuries were reported. He was transported to an area hospital in serious condition. Further details have not been released.
