Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Delilah Rowe, a missing 16-year-old.
Rowe was last seen on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in the 2100 block of Belvedere Boulevard, Silver Spring, MD. She is 5-feet, 3-inches tall, 110 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey/peach shirt, gray leggings and black/gold flip flops.
