Maryland Casinos Generated $156.8 Million in June Revenue

Maryland’s six casinos generated a combined $156.8 million in revenue from slot machines and table games during June 2026, according to state officials.

The total was down 2.4% from June 2025, while casino gaming contributions to the state totaled $67.9 million, a 0.9% decrease year over year. Contributions to the Education Trust Fund reached $48.9 million, down 1.0% compared to the same month last year.

For Fiscal Year 2026 (July 2025 through June 2026), Maryland casinos generated $1.93 billion in gaming revenue, a 1.7% decrease from the previous fiscal year. State contributions totaled $831 million, down 1.1% year over year. In addition to supporting the Education Trust Fund, casino gaming revenue helps fund local communities where casinos are located, Maryland’s horse racing industry, and programs benefiting small, minority- and women-owned businesses.
