Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigation Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Leilani Witcher, a missing 23-year-old.
Witcher was last seen on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., in the 600 block of Quince Orchard Rd. in Gaithersburg. She is 5-feet, 5-inches tall, 130 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a black dress with red flowers and blue stems on it.
