Sweetz Cheesecake at 8367 Snouffer School Rd in Gaithersburg will celebrate National Cheesecake Day on Thursday, July 30, with a special offer for customers.
The locally owned bakery will give away one free slice of cheesecake or offer $6 off a whole cheesecake while supplies last.
Founded in 1989, Sweetz Cheesecake has been a family-owned business for more than 30 years and has operated from its storefront since 1993. The bakery began by supplying cheesecakes to local restaurants and hotels before opening its retail shop, and today is known for its wide variety of handcrafted cheesecakes, desserts and community fundraising programs.
