Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Tuan Ngoc Hoang, a missing 57-year-old.
Hoang was last seen on Saturday, August 15, 2026 around 7:00 a.m., on the 1500 block of Paula Dr, Silver Spring, MD. He is 5-feet, 7-inches, 150 lbs., brown eyes, black/grey hair (balding).
Frequents Hillendale Shopping Center in Silver Spring, and 7-11 store at Northampton Dr and New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring. T. Hoang only speaks Vietnamese.
