Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Rolph Guetsa, a missing 14-year-old.
Guetsa was last seen on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, between 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m., in the 1100 block of Old Columbia Pike in White Oak. He is 5-feet, 7-inches tall and 121 Ibs. and was last seen wearing a green shirt, white pants, and Crocs.
