Holy Cross Hospital invites members of the community to participate in a free “Walk With a Doc” monthly event, an opportunity to take a walk with a local physician while learning practical tips for improving health and wellness. September’s event will focus on the timely topic of flu vaccination. Participants can answer health and wellness questions for a chance to win a free T-shirt. Community members of all ages and abilities are welcome.
