Montgomery Village’s Fall Festival will return Saturday, October 3, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at North Creek Community Center, located at 20215 Arrowhead Road.
The annual fall event will feature food, games and family activities, along with the popular Great Pumpkin Race.
For the race, participants turn decorated pumpkins into race cars by adding wheels before competing head-to-head in single-elimination heats. Racers can collide, veer off course or make a clean run down the track, with the first pumpkin across the finish line advancing to the next round.
The competition continues until a winner is crowned and receives the Pumpkin Race Championship Trophy.
