Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) personnel responded to an incident on the southbound I-270 local lanes just before Shady Grove Road around 7am on Wednesday.
One patient is being evaluated for non-life-threatening injuries. MCFRS units remain on scene with Maryland State Police. Some lanes are blocked.
