Gaithersburg Property Sells for $10.2 Million

Finmarc Management has sold a two-building industrial property in Gaithersburg for $10.2 million to Rockville-based National Technology Integrators.

The property, located at 7419 Lindbergh Drive, includes nearly 46,000 square feet of industrial space and approximately 20,000 square feet of industrial outdoor storage land.

National Technology Integrators, a design-build contractor, plans to occupy the property, which consists of a 31,526-square-foot flex and warehouse building and a 14,483-square-foot storage building. Both buildings were vacant at the time of the sale.

The property was built in 1986 and includes 23-foot ceiling heights, three drive-in doors and four loading docks. Bethesda-based Finmarc said the sale is part of its strategy to selectively sell properties and redeploy the proceeds toward future acquisitions.
