KICKZ has closed its sneaker boutique at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda after nearly three years in business. The space is being taken over by Just Cozy, a Canadian clothing retailer specializing in leggings, cold-weather apparel and accessories.
KICKZ opened at Montgomery Mall on October 29, 2022, offering sneakers and clothing. The retailer has an addition at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News, Virginia.
Just Cozy is expected to open at Montgomery Mall in October, taking over the former KICKZ storefront. The retailer specializes in affordable clothing and accessories, including its popular soft, faux-fur-lined winter leggings.
Its merchandise also includes all-season leggings, biker shorts, capris, tunic tops and loungewear. The company’s winter collection features faux-fur earmuffs, scarves, knitted hats, Sherpa-lined mittens, leg warmers, thermal socks and slipper socks. Founded in Canada and headquartered in London, Ontario, Just Cozy offers most of its merchandise at prices ranging from $10 to $20.
