Permanent signage has now been installed at the future Prime Furniture & Mattress Gallery location at 2A Bureau Drive in Gaithersburg, taking another step toward the store’s anticipated opening.
The furniture and mattress retailer is taking over the space formerly occupied by JOANN Fabrics & Crafts, which closed in 2025 as part of the company’s nationwide shutdown that resulted in the closure of approximately 800 stores.
An official opening date for Prime Furniture & Mattress Gallery has not yet been announced.
