Update: All lanes now open, expect residual delays.
Several lanes are closed this morning on the outer loop of I-495 after a multiple vehicle collision at the I-270 Spur and River Road.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services are currently evaluating several injuries, although none appear to be serious, according to MCFRS spokesperson Pete Piringer.
