Police and Family Concerned for Missing 12-Year-Old

Update: Marcell Rejuan Rozier Duffin has been located safe and unharmed.
Per MCPD:
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Marcell Rejaun Rozier Duffin, a missing 12-year-old from Germantown.

Duffin was last seen on Sunday, April 23, 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m., on Cottage Field Ct. He may be traveling to the Rio area in Gaithersburg. Duffin is approximately 4-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs 80 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie, black jeans and blue and white Jordan sneakers. Police and family are concerned for his welfare.
