Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Eliu Vesquez Funes, a missing 17-year-old from Gaithersburg. Funes was last seen on Friday, April 21, 2023, at approximately 12 p.m., in the 400 block of Muddy Branch Road. Funes is approximately 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown eyes, brown hair and wears glasses. It is unknown what clothing she was last seen wearing. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Eliu Vesquez Funes is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Special Victims Investigations Division at (240) 773-5400. Callers may remain anonymous.
