LOCATED: Yesenia Cabrera Felipe has been located safe and unharmed.
Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Yesenia Cabrera Felipe, a missing 15-year-old from Silver Spring. Yesenia was last seen on Monday, June 26, 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m., at her residence in the 1000 block of Quebec Terrance in Silver Spring.
Yesenia is approximately 5-feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. She has dark brown eyes and dark red hair. She was last seen carrying a pink purse and wearing a black shirt and white pajama pants with cartoon makeup accessories on them. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
