Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating London Hoes, a missing 27-year-old. Hoes was last seen on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at approximately 10 a.m., in the area of Locbury Ct. in Germantown. She is 5’8, 150 lbs, with brown hair styled in locs, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black frame glasses, carrying a red backpack
