UPDATE: The lockdown has been lifted, and Bethesda Chevy Chase High School is proceeding with its regular dismissal schedule.
Montgomery County Police tweeted the following at 2:42pm on Monday, November 13: “Bethesda Chevy Chase High School is currently on lockdown due to police activity in the area. More information will be released as it becomes available.” We will provide an update when additional information becomes available.
