Concern for 29-Year-Old Woman Missing Since November 5


Detectives from The Montgomery County Department of Police – Missing Person/Cold Case Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Casey Oates, a missing 29-year-old woman.

Oates was last seen November 5, 2023 in the 400 block of McArthur Drive in Rockville. She is 5-feet, 5-inches tall, 130 Ibs., with blonde/light brown hair and green eyes. Oates may be operating a dark green 1994 Toyota Camry bearing Maryland license plate 9C4269. She is believed to be traveling in the Baltimore City area.
