Detectives from the Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Zakur Brown, a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring.
Brown Was last seen on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at his residence in the 300 block of Flannery Lane in Silver Spring. He is 5’4″, 130 Ibs, with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing all black clothing, a glitterry belt, tan shoes, and carrying a dark blue backpack.
