Carmen’s Italian Ice will be opening a location at 9210 Baltimore National Pike Suite W5 in the Chatham Shopping Center in Ellicott City, MD on Wednesday, February 7.
The store will be similar to Carmen’s recently opened location in the Kentlands, in that it is a partnership with Kung Fu Tea and will offer 3-4 flavors of custard and 8-10 flavors of Italian ice. The new location plans to offer 50% off on select items for its “Jayden Day” promotion.
