Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to the report of a house fire on Nina Ct. in Gaithersburg on Sunday, February 11th around 8:25am.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, the fire originated in a second floor bedroom and involved a mattress and other combustibles. The fire has been extinguished and there were no reported injuries.
Three adults, three children, and one turtle have been displaced. We will provide an update if additional information becomes available.
