Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a collision with rollover and entrapment on Monday, February 26, in Silver Spring.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, the incident occurred on New Hampshire Ave and Oakview Dr at approximately 9pm.
