Montgomery County Police are investigating a fatal collision that occurred on Thursday, February 29, in Gaithersburg.
At approximately 3:03 p.m., 6th District officers and Montgomery County Fire Rescue responded to the intersection of Snouffer School Road and Centerway Road for the report of a collision between a vehicle and a motorcycle.
The preliminary investigation has revealed that a motorcycle collided with a vehicle at the intersection of Snouffer School Road and Centerway Road.
The adult male motorcyclist was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained on scene.
