Update: The restaurant is now scheduled to opening in early April.
In November, we reported that Brio’s Chicken will be opening in the space previously occupied by Tara Thai at Westfield Montgomery Mall (7101 Democracy Blvd) in Bethesda.
According to a representative at the restaurant, the location plans to open on Wednesday, March 13. Menu items at Brio’s will include Peruvian charbroiled chicken, empanadas, paninis, steaks, and seafood. Images of the restaurants interior, as well as several menu items, can be seen below.
The restaurant is currently hiring for all positions.
Brio’s Chicken was scheduled to open a location in the Kentlands but after several years of delays and issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the restaurant never materialized. Brio’s Chicken previously had a location in Aspen Hill in the Aspen Manor shopping center, where Outback is located, but that location is under new ownership and is now known as Gio’s Chicken.
