According to Tim Pruss (@MyDronePro) on Twitter/X, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a reported building fire with hazardous materials in the 18000blk of Bayleaf Way in Germantown on Friday, June 14.
Pete Piringer, Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS, stated that the fire originated in the home’s kitchen and was likely caused by a lithium-ion battery.
