Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jessica Garcia, a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring.
Garcia was last seen on Monday, September 2, 2024, in the 1600 block of Gridley Lane in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet, 2-inches tall, with black hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of a butterfly on her left hand and one on her chest that reads “Christian”.
Garcia is believed to be driving a gray Toyota Rav 4 with MD registration plate 2GH2247.
