A 71-year-old motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries in a two-vehicle collision at Darnestown and Germantown Roads that occurred on Saturday, September 21.
According to police, “At approximately 2:23 p.m., Montgomery County Police officers and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue responded to the location for the report of a two-vehicle collision.
The preliminary investigation has revealed that a car and motorcycle collided in the intersection. The motorcyclist, a 71-year-old man, was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. Two occupants in the car were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries. This is an active and ongoing investigation.”
