2nd Teenager is Charged With Murder For August 18 Shooting at Germantown Recreation Center
A 17-year old has been charged in connection with the death of a man that was shot on August 18th at the Plum Gar Recreation Center in Germantown. The adult victim was 20-year-old Axel Trejos.
According to charging documents obtained by Bethesda Beat, the 17-year-old is accused of telling a 14-year-old to shoot four people that night at the recreation center after a physical altercation occurred on the basketball courts. The 17-year-old is being charged with one count of first-degree murder and three counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
The 14-year-old has already been charged with one count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted first-degree murder, and is being charged as an adult.
