$50,000 Winning Powerball Ticket Sold at 7-Eleven on Saturday; Monday’s Powerball Jackpot Now Over $600M

Two lucky Marylanders won $50,000 third-tier prizes in Saturday’s drawing while a total of 32,951 state residents won prizes ranging from $4 to $100. The winning numbers for the Oct. 22 drawing were 19, 25, 48, 55 and 60; the Powerball was 18 and the Power Play multiplier was x2.The two Lottery retailers that sold $50,000-winning tickets in the Oct. 22 drawing are Express Mart, located at 15709 Hall Road in Bowie (Prince George’s County) and 7-Eleven #22921 located at 8101 Fenton Street in Silver Spring (Montgomery County). Check your tickets carefully if you bought them at these locations.

The Powerball jackpot has been hit five times this year, with the top amount of $632.6 million hit Jan. 5 and split between two tickets sold in California and Wisconsin. Lottery officials encourage all winners to sign the backs of their tickets immediately and put them in a safe location. They get 182 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.

Players must redeem prizes larger than $25,000 by mail or at Lottery headquarters in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330 in Baltimore.
