Achieving True Self Supports Families Affected by Autism Through Applied Behavior Analysis, and Is Also Recruiting Passionate Talent to Deliver Quality Care! (sponsored)

ATS Delivers Applied Behavior Analysis Services to Maryland Families Affected by AutismAchieving True Self, founded in 2016, is proud to serve communities across Maryland, which includes Montgomery County and many other counties as well (including Prince George’s, Frederick, Howard, and Anne Arundel neighboring nearby, in addition to Allegany, Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Garrett, Harford, and Washington in other parts of the state). We do have services in other states, too (in parts of Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia).

Our treatment services are data-driven and delivered through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — a practice supported by over five decades of scientific research. Our history and experience providing behavioral health treatment with a strong family systems approach proves effective in assessment and treatment of persons with autism and behavioral health diagnoses in creating sustainable change. Our team members focus on the transference of skills throughout all stages of treatment to support the ultimate independence of the individual served, their family, and their surrounding community.

Services are delivered by way of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, nationally certified) and a Behavior Technician (BT) or a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT, also nationally certified). A BCBA oversees the case. They supervise the technician (who provides the 1:1 services to the consumer), assess the client, write the treatment plan, collaborate with all team members, and offer what is known as Parent Training so that caregivers understand and can implement what we do in our sessions.

Acceptance of a referral is determined upon review of multiple factors to make sure that we can meet a family’s needs. ATS team members are available to assist families in gathering documentation and contacting the right parties to ensure that their loved one is able to receive services as quickly as possible.

Generally, we support individuals up to the age of 21 who have a diagnosis on the autism spectrum. Both commercial insurances and all forms of Maryland Medicaid are accepted by our company. We are not, however, a Maryland Autism Waiver provider at this time. Make a referral today by visiting this link.
