Carmen’s Italian Ice will soon be available at the Clarksburg Market at 23329 Frederick Rd. We’re told the market will have two walk up windows and several outdoor tables. According to Carmen’s owner Jason Mandler, the market will have two custard machines and 8-10 Italian ice flavors and the menu will consist primarily of ices, custards, gelatis, and shakes. Opening information is expected to be announced soon.
The Clarksburg Market is a gas station/convenience store that also serves breakfast, hot and cold deli sandwiches, as well as pupusas and tacos. Carmen’s Italian Ice has locations in Rockville and Olney.
