Fallsgrove Restaurant’s Door Shattered; Suspect Caught on Video

St. Veg, a fast-casual restaurant serving vegan cuisine that opened at 14929 Shady Grove Rd. Unit M, in Fallsgrove (Rockville) back in late 2018, had its front door shattered just after midnight, early Monday morning.

Anne, the owner, tells us that nothing of value was taken, but that the front door is completely shattered. Security cameras caught a suspect on video and a Montgomery County Police detective is currently on the case. Anyone with information can call the non-emergency police phone number at 301-279-8000.

About St. Veg: Anne has been vegan for over a decade and wanted to share the food she’s passionate for with the county she calls home. The Good Counsel graduate is the creator of the entire menu and hopes to wow you with dishes such as the Vegball sub (vegballs are made of brown rice and various mushrooms, depending on what they have in for the day), the shredded medley bahn mi, and the no guilt burger (made of lentils, brown rice, and mushrooms). Everything on the menu is 100% plant-based.
