The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring has been named the #2 Adventure Park in the U.S. by USA Today’s 10Best competition, marking its second consecutive year receiving a top national honor and ranking #1 on the mainland. The park, which draws visitors from all 50 states, is the largest aerial ropes course and zipline park in Maryland and remains the only ACCT-accredited park in the state.

The Adventure Park finished #1 on the mainland with Hawaii’s Botanical Adventures finishing 1st overall. Nominated by a panel of industry experts and USA Today editors, The Adventure Park joined more than 20 premier Adventure Parks, Challenge Courses, and Canopy Tours in this year’s
competition.

Over the past three years, The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring has received numerous awards from local and regional publications, been honored by the Olney Chamber of Commerce, and
earned recognition from Governor Wes Moore. It also remains the only park in Maryland to complete the rigorous Accreditation Program through the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT).
