Cubano’s is Now Open in Bethesda

Cubano’s in Bethesda is NOW OPEN!

Cubano’s first location is in Silver Spring (1201 Fidler Lane) and this new Bethesda location has taken over the old Louisiana Kitchen location at 4907 Cordell Ave.

We had the opportunity to get a little preview of the beautiful new restaurant last night and enjoyed a few dishes. In addition to dinner, Cubano’s will offer a variety of lunch bowls (listed on the menu we’ve included in our photos).
Here are just a few of the dishes that’ll be available:
Crispy Plantains with old bay as a table starter
Empanadas de Picadillo with salsa verde (sliced ground beef, olives, raisins, Guadacaca sauce)
Ensalada de Remolachas (beet salad w goat cheese and candy walnuts)
Camarones al Ajillo (pan-seared whole shrimp, garlic, smoked paprika)
Masitas de Puerco (fried pork chunks, ultra mojo, pickled onions, yuca)
Ropa Vieja (white wine and tomato sofrito braised Angus shredded beef, rice, and cilantro)
Buñuelos de Anis (yuca fritters, spiced syrup)
The whole menu for the Bethesda location is available in our photos.
