(Located) Detectives Ask for Assistance in Locating Missing Eleven-Year-Old

Per MCPD:
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in location a missing 11-year-old from Burtonsville.

Malik Shannon was last seen on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at approximately 9:30 a.m., in the 3900 block of Black Burn Ln. in Burtonsville.

Shannon is approximately 5-feet tall and weighs 90 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black jogger sweatpants and black and red Nike sneakers.

Police and family are concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Malik Shannon is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Special Victims Investigations Division at (240) 773-5400. Callers may remain anonymous.

Bethesda Film Fest
