(Located) Detectives Ask for Assistance in Locating Missing Silver Spring Teenager

Update: Anthony Gonzales has been located safe and unharmed.

For Immediate Release: Sunday, June 19, 2022
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17-year-old male from Silver Spring.   

Anthony Gonzales was last seen on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at approximately 6 p.m., in the 300 block of Southampton Dr.  Gonzales is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and red shoes with white stripes.

Police and family are concerned for his physical and emotional welfare.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Anthony Gonzales is asked to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line) or the Special Victims Investigations Division at 240-773-5400. Callers may remain anonymous.
